Flamton Media LLC provides AI-assisted image services for homebuilders and real estate professionals, including turning architectural renderings into photorealistic marketing images. The Site is an informational and inquiry platform. Any engagement for paid services is subject to a separate written agreement between you and Flamton.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and, where you act on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the Site;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
- Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Site without authorization;

5. Client Materials and Deliverables
If you engage Flamton for services, you retain ownership of the renderings, plans, and other materials you provide to us, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to perform the services. Ownership and licensing of the images we deliver to you are governed by the separate service agreement applicable to your engagement. Nothing on this Site constitutes such an agreement.
6. Inquiries and Submissions
When you submit information through a form on the Site (for example, the "Work with us" form) or otherwise contact us, you are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to submit another person's personal information without their consent. We handle information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
